Figma to Webflow Tutorial: Control Landing Page Build

We take a landing page design from a real client brief from Figma design over to Webflow.

Good afternoon to the west coast & good evening to the east,

Hope you’re having a great wednesday! Yesterday was a fail, I wanted to give this tutorial to y’all on Tuesday but I couldn’t upload anything yet until I verified on Google.

But it’s all good because we’re live today with our Figma to Webflow video walkthrough. The creative brief is from a real client brief, just tweaked a bit to keep sensitive information off of it. The goal is to build a landing page for a digital banking company, something like Bluevine - but for creative business owners so the benefits are more geared towards them in different ways. The goal is to get 10,000 people added to the list before officially launching.

If you’d like to create your own site feel free to do that, if you’d like to follow along that’s cool too! However you learn is perfect, just get the basics down. By the way, my basics aren’t perfect in Webflow - I make mistakes here and there. In Webflow, your ability to pivot and solve problems went things go wrong is another major aspect of development in this platform.

This is part 1/2 in my next tutorial we’ll be making it responsive and honestly, I may just drop that this week to make it up to y’all.

Enjoy, and let me know your thoughts - also, I’d love to see what you come up with so use #designersdesk if you’d like to share on your TL or shoot it my way via DM.

Talk soon!
